INFORMA offers eight solution suites
consisting of tools and methods based upon Outcome-Based
Marketing principles. The tools and methods are
tailored to solve a particular set of marketing
problems and can be used independently or together.
Using these tools, INFORMA’s senior associates
serve as business architects to create blueprints
for marketing success that are used to build effective
initiatives that impact profitability.
ENABLE It!
The ENABLE
solution suite is the core process we use to help
companies create a basic set of positioning strategies
and communications tools for effective marketing
initiatives. The components of the ENABLE
suite are:

Assess
It!
INFORMA’s Assessment Suite provides a full
set of assessment tools and methods to create
a deeper understanding of demand factors, user
experience, client/customer satisfaction, prospect
need, and competitive influences.
MAP It!
INFORMA’s Marketing Action Planning (MAP™)
Suite defines outcomes, a visual map of your marketing
opportunities and the tactics to achieve them.
The visualizations help to define the competitive
environment, core selling propositions, target
markets, competitive positioning, and the customer
acquisition methods that will work best. Tactics
identify the specific projects, budgets and schedules
for achieving the desired outcomes.
Communicate
It!
The Communicate It! Suite defines the critical
messages, brand promises and value propositions
that create demand, customer loyalty and referral
traction. Communicate It! draws on research to
develop a comprehensive and effective tactical
plan to identify specific target audiences, appropriate
messages for each audience, and the ways to reach
and influence them.
Develop
It!
This Suite is a full product development methodology
that helps you develop better products and services
in less time, or refine existing products and
services to be more appropriate to user and customer
needs.
Sell It!
Sell It! Is a complete sales training program
based on OBM principles that helps sales people
develop more effective face-to-face encounters,
including the “pain” points, and develop
solutions that help them close sales. In addition,
Sell It! incorporates prospecting, appointment
setting and seminar marketing methods.
Manage
It!
Relationship Management tools found in the Manage
It! Suite help you develop a deeper understanding
of customers and users and fosters stronger loyalty
and lifetime customer value.
Measure
It!
Measure It! consists of measurement tools and
scorecards to provide the feedback and performance
measurement needed to monitor programs and assess
outcomes.
Keeping Projects on Track
INFORMA has developed project management
systems that provide clients with progress reports
and ongoing coordination at all stages of the
assignment. For example, our Marketing Monitor™
tracks projects on a number of dimensions including
adherence to budget, schedule and milestone achievement.
Our ScoreCard™, quantifies results based
on metrics defined in the MAP. All projects are
led by Senior Marketing Associates all of whom
have at least 10 years of experience in Marketing
Communications and/or Consulting, and have completed
certification training in tools and methods used
in the assignment.
In addition to training and certification
in the tools and tracking methods, INFORMA documents
project success with a benchmark-to-budget system
– i.e., every budget item is tied to a specific
set of benchmarks or outcomes. In this way, we
never lose sight of our goal – measurable
results.
