Fiserv’s InformEnt division, a data warehouse and CRM provider, faced competition in the banking CRM software market and needed a way to simply differentiate themselves, without diluting the complexity of their offering. They needed to define a unique position, message and brand identity, and to create appointments with mid-sized banks.

The INFORMA team developed an understanding of Fiserv’s key benefits, and created a new brand promise: The potential for profitability. Based upon this position, we developed:

1. metrics to defend the promise

2. message components to create awareness and action on the prospects part.

3. prospecting strategies to create appointments

4. assessments to connect prospect problems with Fiserv Solutions

A new brand, embraced by all management, a simplified message and a position that differentiated them from the competition. Through the assessment and prospecting assistance, we delivered qualification reports and landed appointments to fulfill their quotas.
